Causes and Treatment of Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleeping disorder.

Causes of insomnia are the following:
1. Stressful problems. These are the things that deprive your focus on understanding or the state of thinking.
2. Physical problems. These includes ulcer, osteoporosis and any other physical deprivation.
3. Certain drugs. A medication that affects your sleep at night like energy drink which contain caffeine. 

Treatment of insomnia:
1. Don't nap during day time.
2. Avoid caffeine drink contents.
3. Eat moderately during night hours.
4. Establish regular bedtime.
